An AI health coach that works from your logs, not a template

Generic plans fail because they coach the person you said you would be. Aurora AI coaches the person your logs say you are: what you actually ate, how you actually trained, and where that pace actually takes you.

Every day gets an honest score

Each logged day is scored out of 100 — calories inside your exercise-adjusted budget, protein hit, movement, and consistency. A "quiet" day and a "good" day stop looking the same.

Fourteen days of scores become a pattern you can act on, and streaks make the habit itself visible.

Reviews that say what to fix first

On demand, the coach reads your last two weeks and gives a verdict: what is working, what to fix next, and what happens if you hold this pace. It is specific because it is yours — "protein under target five of the last seven days" rather than "eat more protein".

It respects who you are: your dietary and religious requirements, the food available where you live, and the goal you set.

Forecasts that protect you from your own enthusiasm

The forecast projects your weight week by week from your measured eating and training pace — not the pace you intended. If you are losing faster than roughly 1% of bodyweight a week, it warns you: that speed usually costs muscle and rebounds.

It then shows the sustainable path alongside your current one, with the calorie target that gets you there and the date you would arrive. Aurora is built around healthy loss that preserves muscle, never crash numbers.

Logging so easy it survives real life

The coaching only works if the logging happens, so logging is a sentence: describe the meal, mention the run, paste the burn from your watch. Estimates are itemised so you can audit and correct any number, and your usual meals become one-tap chips.

Not medical advice — and clear about it

Aurora AI provides general wellness tracking and coaching, not medical or nutritional advice. Targets follow standard sustainable-loss guidance, and anyone with a medical condition should involve a professional before changing diet or training.

Common questions

How is this different from a calorie tracker?

Tracking is the input; coaching is the output. Aurora AI scores each day, reviews your fortnight with specific fixes, and forecasts where your real pace takes your body — the judgement layer most trackers leave to you.

Will it just tell me to eat less?

No — it often says the opposite. If your measured pace is faster than a sustainable rate, the coach flags it and recommends eating more, because loss that costs muscle rebounds. Protein and strength are first-class citizens in every review.

Do I need a wearable?

No. Describe workouts in a sentence and calories are estimated from the activity and your stats. If you do wear one, paste its burn figure and Aurora uses that instead.
